11月3日はレコードの日。ということで、日本で活躍するアナログレコード(vinyl)を使ってプレイするDJのプレイングが見ることができ、心地よいミックスを聴くことができるYouTubeチャンネルを4つ紹介する。(November 3rd is Record Day. So, here are four YouTube channels where you can see DJs playing with analog records (vinyl) and listen to pleasant mixes.)
・DJ KOCO CHANNEL
アナログレコードでのプレイにこだわり、数多くのミックス作品を世に送り出しているDJ KOCO a.K.a. SHIMOKITAの個人YouTubeチャンネル。YouTubeチャンネルの動画の本数自体は少ないが、一つ一つの動画の密度が高く、彼のプレイを存分に味わうことができる。instagramにも7インチレコードを使ったプレイ動画を数多く投稿しており、国内外問わず高い評価を得ている。
This is the personal YouTube channel of DJ KOCO a.K.a. SHIMOKITA, who is obsessed with playing on analog records and has produced many mixes for the world. He also posts a lot of videos on instagram using 7-inch records, which are highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad.

chillで気持ち良い音楽をテーマにラジオ配信、トラックリリース、空間プロデュースを行うライフスタイルレーベル。DJ KROを中心に2016年に発足し、ビートメイカーのIllmoreやラッパーのケンチンミンら多数メンバーで活動中。YouTubeチャンネルではメンバーのMVやmix音源、DJライブなどがあげられている。毎週日曜日の22時から23時30分にはゲストDJやアーティストを迎えて様々なChillout music配信している。コロナ禍をうけて開始した、DJ KROの自宅でのDJライブを配信をしている『STAYHOME Live MIX』は必見。
The label is a lifestyle label that distributes radio, releases tracks, and produces space with the theme of chill and pleasant music. On their YouTube channel, they have music videos, mixes, and live DJ performances. Every Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., they broadcast various chillout music with guest DJs and artists. ・CEPT Archives by solfa nakameguro
中目黒にあるクラブ「solfa」を中心に活動している音源/動画制作チーム。YouTubeチャンネルにアップロードされている動画は「solfa」で行われた ダンサーやアーティストによるパフォーマンスやトラックメーカーによるビートライブ、DJプレイなどのイベントのアーカイブ動画が多い。最近は、image videoやパフォーマンス動画、インタビュー動画などの制作も行なっている。全てのイベントのアーカイブのフル動画を載せてはいないが、コロナ禍を受けて昨年の夏に「solfa」で行われた現場+配信という新しいカタチのイベント『PLAY IT LOUD AGAIN』の動画はそれぞれのビートメイカー、DJごとのフル動画が上がっている。名だたるDJたちのDJプレイ動画は必見だ。
They are a sound and video production team based in Nakameguro, Tokyo, and their YouTube channel is full of archived videos of performances by dancers and artists, beat live performances by track makers, DJ performances, and other events held at solfa. Recently, they have been uploading image videos and performance videos. Recently, I have also been producing image videos, performance videos, and interview videos. I don’t have full archive videos of all the events, but I do have full videos of each beatmaker and DJ from “PLAY IT LOUD AGAIN”, a new type of event held at “solfa” last summer in response to the Corona disaster. The videos of famous DJs are a must-see.
・BAHAMA KITCHEN – バハマキッチン
C.U.Tが過去に「東京万求録」の取材も行った渋谷の宇田川町に店を構えるダイニングバー・BAHAMA KITCHEN*。そんなBAHAMA KITCHENのYouTubeチャンネルでは毎週火曜日に”BAHAMA TUESDAY “と題したジャンル問わず若手からベテランDJを店内に招いて行われるDJライブを配信しており、そのアーカイブ動画がアップされている。他にも様々なゲストを迎えてのトークセッションやお店のプロモーション動画などがあげられている。今年の夏には同じビルの地下1階にダンススタジオ「STUDIO LIKEMAD」をオープンしたのでダンサーは要チェックだ。
BAHAMA KITCHEN* is a dining bar located in Udagawa-cho, Shibuya, which C.U.T. has covered in the past for Tokyo Mankyoku. BAHAMA KITCHEN’s YouTube channel broadcasts a live DJ show titled “BAHAMA TUESDAY” every Tuesday, inviting young and experienced DJs from all genres to the bar, and archived videos of the show have been uploaded. Other videos include talk sessions with various guests and promotional videos for the store. This summer, the dance studio “STUDIO LIKEMAD” opened on the basement floor of the same building, so dancers should check it out.

イギリスのクリエイターチームに所属するZag Erlatが主催する世界中で仕入れたアナログレコードで構成されたミックスを配信しているYouTubeチャンネル。来日して仕入れた日本のジャズやシティポップ、ソウルなどのアナログレコードを使ってのミックスもアップされている。ゲストを迎えたDJライブ動画もあり、様々な地域のミックスを楽しめるYouTubeチャンネルとなっている。
This is a YouTube channel hosted by Zag Erlat, who belongs to a team of creators in the UK, and delivers mixes consisting of analog records purchased from around the world. He also uploads mixes using Japanese jazz, city pop, and soul analog records that he purchased in Japan. There are also live DJ videos with guests, making it a YouTube channel where you can enjoy mixes from various regions.
