11月30日(現地時間)に「LOUIS VUITTON (ルイヴィトン)」の2022年春夏のスピンオフショーがマイアミにて開催され、つい先日、心臓血管肉腫により急逝したVirgil Abloh(ヴァージル・アブロー) *のラストコレクションを含む10のルックが発表された。
On November 30 (local time), Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2022 spin-off show was held in Miami, and 10 looks were presented, including the last collection of Virgil Abloh, who passed away suddenly from cardiac angiosarcoma just a few days ago.

スピンオフショーにはKanye West(カニエ・ウェスト)改めYeやRihanna(リアーナ), A$AP Rocky(エイサップロッキー)らセレブリティも多数来場し、Vergil Ablohと親交が深かったラッパーのOffset(オフセット)やKid Cudi(キッド・カディ), Quavo(クエイヴォ)らもモデルとしてランウェイを飾った。
The spin-off show was attended by many celebrities, including Kanye West aka Ye, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and rappers Offset, Kid Cudi, and Quavo, who were close friends with Vergil Abloh, also graced the runway as models.
アフターパーティーでは会場の中心にレインボーに彩られた巨大なVirgil Ablohの像が出現し、空にはドローンによってスピンオフショーのテーマでもある「Virgil was here」の文字が描かれた。
At the after party, a huge rainbow statue of Virgil Abloh appeared in the center of the venue, and a drone drew the words “Virgil was here,” the theme of the spin-off show, in the sky.
